Folleys of broomball

Apparently I'm the first casualty ever of broomball. Well beyond a few bruises and scrapes.
In a series of unfortunate events I ended up with two black eyes and a swollen nose.
Luckily the pain is not bad as bad as I had expected.

Finally getting around to updating the blog...

So med school has been a lot of fun but also a lot of work and thus the very long gap between entries.

I will retrospectively add posts as I find pictures.

When I find my other pictures from the summer I will add them too. I have also realized that the way I had added pictures in the past means that they dont last more than about 6 months and then disappear which is sad.

When faced with biochemistry, anatomy, physiology, and cases that need to be solved what does one do in med school? Play broomball. (On another note: for people who read Harry Potter -- Med school is very much like being a student at Hogwarts. More on that later but note the broom sorting aka like hat sorting)Broomball is an awsome game that has it's roots in hockey minus protective gear and rules. Basically the goal is to get the ball in the other team's goal using the broom.

Now back to the books.
